We want you to buy with confidence. Our refund policy is designed to protect you while keeping the process simple.
1. Digital Products and 48-Hour Window
Ticker Scripts sells digital products (FiveM scripts and resources). You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Requests received after 48 hours will not be accepted under this policy, except where we are required to refund by law (see Statutory Rights below). Due to the nature of digital goods, once you have downloaded or used the product, we may still consider a refund within the 48-hour window at our discretion (e.g. duplicate purchase, major defect).
2. When We Will Refund (Within 48 Hours)
Within 48 hours of purchase we will generally approve a refund if:
- You did not receive the product or access due to a technical or processing error on our side
- The product is materially defective or not as described and we cannot resolve the issue
- The purchase was made in error (e.g. duplicate purchase)
Refunds for change of mind may be considered within 48 hours but are at our discretion. After 48 hours we do not offer refunds under this policy except as required by law.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@tickerscripts.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details (transaction ID or email used) and a brief explanation. We will respond as soon as possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment provider; timing depends on your payment method and can take several business days.
4. Statutory Rights (What Can Override This Policy)
This refund policy does not limit or replace your statutory or legal consumer rights. Depending on where you live, the law may give you rights that go beyond our 48-hour window—for example: the right to a refund or repair if goods are faulty or not as described; a cooling-off period for distance sales (in the EU/UK and some other countries); or the right to reject defective digital content. We will honor those rights where they apply. If you believe you have a legal right to a refund that applies after 48 hours, contact us with your request and we will consider it in line with applicable law.
