1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ticker Scripts website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to distribute malware, circumvent licensing, or violate any applicable laws. Purchased digital products (scripts, resources) are licensed for your use in accordance with the product terms and our refund policy.
3. Account and Purchases
When you make a purchase, you may need to provide accurate payment and account information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Purchases are processed by our payment provider (Tebex); by completing a purchase you also agree to their applicable terms.
4. Licenses and Intellectual Property
Products sold through Ticker Scripts are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased products as described at the time of purchase. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the products except where explicitly permitted. License in granted to the CFX.re account that was used to make the purchase, in case of a transfer, the previous owner of the script must notify us in a timely manner. If you lose access to your CFX.re account or have transferred it to another account, Ticker Scripts will not be required to provide to grant a new license to the products tied to the previous account. All intellectual property in the Service and our products remains with Ticker Scripts or the respective rights holders.
5. Disclaimers
The Service and products are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Ticker Scripts is based in the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
7. International Use
The Service is provided from the United States. If you access or use the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated via the website or your contact details.
